Pocket Office for Property Managers?

I love to learn new technology, and it is always amazing to me how technology continues to progress through human ingenuity and innovation.   I've been privileged to work for two technology companies in the last 5 years, a software provider for property management companies, and currently, Infusionsoft, a CRM, email marketing, and eCommerce solution for entrepreneurs.  I am a true believer in technology solutions that make work more fun, efficient, and cost-effective.

I recently ran across an article about the 5 Amazing Mobile Apps for Property Management.  I was quite excited to see the following suggestions for Smart Phone apps for the property management industry!!  Improved mobile technology, ultimately providing property managers with a "pocket office," would provide significant benefit to progressive, leading-edge property managers.  The property managers I've worked with are often out of office and on the move, performing their rental management duties.  A "pocket office" would enable property managers to manage tasks from the road with greater efficiency.

Here is a summary of the mobile apps Software Advice proposed. Go to 5 Amazing Mobile Apps for Property Management to get the full scoop.

1.  Augmented Reality Apps - blending computer graphics and real world data in real time.

2.  Mobile Marketing - tenant screening, electronic lease signatures - on location.

3.  Wireless Building Maintenance Management - Wireless work order creation, assignment, and management.

4.  Voice Broadcasting - send voice or text messages / updates to tenants.

5.  Tenant Portal - A communication center for apartment community residents.

Let's Talk.  What other mobile apps would you like to see developed for the property management industry?  How can technology providers make life easier for you?
